Pre-K / 3-Day

The Pre-K Program is geared to children who are four years old by December 2 and meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to Noon. The children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop social skills. The children learn their ABC's, numbers, days of the week and other concepts in order to be prepared for Kindergarten by the end of the school year. Parents learn to model good communication skills with the children. On a regular basis, the children also participate in hands-on art, science and cooking projects that generally fit a weekly theme. Field Trips are planned for each month throughout the school year.  Field trips include Marine Science Institute, the San Carlos Library, The pumpkin Patch, Redwood City Fire Station and more. Parents attend parent education on their workday from Noon to 1:00 pm while other member parents watch their children.

Explorers / 2-Day

The Explorers Program is geared to children who are three years old by December 2 and meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 11:30 am. The children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop social skills. Parents learn to model good communication skills with the children. On a regular basis, the children also participate in hands-on art, science and cooking projects that generally fit a weekly theme.  The curriculum is enriched with special visitors throughout the year such as the Lizard Lady, Arrata's farm Animals, Marine Mammal Center, Palo Alto Junior museum and more. Parents attend parent education on their workday from 11:30 to 12:30 pm while other member parents watch their children.

Sprouts Program / 1-Day

The Sprouts Program is geared for children who are two years old by December 2 and meets every Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. The Program encourages the children to learn through play and exposes them to circle and snack time, art projects and singing geared to a weekly theme. Parents work every week and rotate between working stations in the classroom. Parent education is conducted every other week during class.
