Co-Op Obligations

The requirements at Sequoia Parents Nursery School.

Pre-K (4-year olds):

• Work in the classroom once a week (8:50 to 12:00 am).
• Attend weekly Parent Ed. on your workday (12:00 to 1:00 pm).
• Perform school job for two hours per month (18 hours total).
• Participate in one all school clean up.
• Supervise children during Parent Ed. once a month.
• Help the school earn $150 a year by participating in fundraising.
• Donate 2 auction items
• Attend 2 all school meetings (October and April)

Explorers (3-year olds):

• Work in the classroom once a week (8:50 to 11:30 am).
• Attend weekly Parent Ed. on your workday (11:30 to 1:00 pm).
• Perform school job for approximately 1.5 hours per month (12 hours total).
• Participate in one all school clean up.
• Supervise children during Parent Ed. once a month.
• Help the school earn $150 a year by participating in fundraising.
• Donate 2 auction items
• Attend 2 all school meetings (October and April)

For Sprouts (2-year olds):

• Work in the classroom one Tuesday a week (12:00 to 2:00 pm).
• Attend Parent Ed. every other week during class.
• Perform school job 6 hours for the year.
• Participate in one all school clean up.
• Help the school earn $75 a year by participating in fundraising.
• Donate 1 auction item
• Attend 2 all school meetings (October and April)

SPNS does not require night time Parent Ed.
